Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt greets audiences at home, Brian Myers has the microphone while making his entrance, Myers says Chicago sucks and he says that Bhupinder Gujjar is a loser like the people of Chicago.

Kickoff Match #1: IMPACT Digital Media Championship Match:
Brian Myers © vs. Bhupinder Gujjar
The match begins with Gujjar shoving Myers to the mat below after a brief lockup, Myers gets up and Gujjar gets him in a headlock. Myers gets free and he winds up getting Gujjar in a headlock of his own, Gujjar gets free and Myers drops him with a shoulder tackle. Gujjar recovers to drop Myers with a leaping shoulder tackle and drop kick, Gujjar then nails Myers with a knee drop and head kick for a near fall. Gujjar sets up for the Gargoyle Spear and Myers exits the ring, Gujjar goes after Myers and he sets him into the ring frame before smashing his head on the mat a few times. Gujjar gets Myers in the ring and Myers nails him with a rope assisted low blow, Myers mounts a downed Gujjar while landing multiple strikes. Myers then hits Gujjar with a knee drop for a near fall, Myers keeps Gujjar down while applying a chin lock to him. Gujjar gets free and Myers trips him up while leaving the ring, Myers returns to the ring, and he hits Gujjar with a suplex for a near fall. Myers keeps Gujjar down while applying the chin lock to him again, Gujjar gets free, and Myers backs him into the corner.

Myers gets Gujjar on the top turnbuckle, and he follows him up there, Gujjar knocks Myers off the ropes before landing a missile drop kick. Gujjar follows up by dropping Myers multiple times before landing a rip cord knee strike, Gujjar then hits Myers with a Samoan drop for a near fall. Myers recovers and he nails Gujjar with multiple kicks followed by an implant DDT for a near fall, Gujjar tries fighting back and Myers nails him with a spear for another near fall. Gujjar avoids a clothesline from Myers before being sent into an exposed turnbuckle; Myers catches Gujjar in a roll up with a hand full of tights for a three count and retain the Digital Media Championship.

Kickoff Match #2: Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Match:
Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary © vs. Deonna Purrazzo and Chelsea Green
The match begins with Green nailing Valkyrie with a few strikes, Valkyrie fights back and she cracks Green with a forearm strike followed by an arm drag. Purrazzo tags in and Valkyrie hits her with a few strikes, Purrazzo attacks Rosemary before being trapped in the ropes by Valkyrie. Rosemary tags in before Valkyrie hits Purrazzo with a sliding snap dragon suplex, Rosemary chokes Purrazzo in the corner before landing a few strikes. Purrazzo fights back and she drops Rosemary after tagging Green in, Green pops Rosemary with a penalty kick before Rosemary scares her out of the ring. Jessicka tries interfering and Green drop kicks her into Rosemary, Green gets Rosemary back in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt. Purrazzo tags in and she corners Rosemary while landing some strikes, Rosemary tries fighting back and Purrazzo drops her before Green tags in. Green quickly hits Rosemary with a curb stomp for a near fall, Green keeps Rosemary down while pulling back on both arms.

Rosemary gets free and she avoids an unprettier from Green, Rosemary and Green both go down after landing simultaneous head kicks. Valkyrie tags in and she immediately starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Valkyrie hits Green with a blue thunder bomb for a near fall. Valkyrie looks for the Road to Valhalla and Green rolls through before landing a kick on Valkyrie, Purrazzo hits the ring and Rosemary gets in there as well before both members of VXT are hit with release German suplexes. Valkyrie takes out Green before Purrazzo takes her out, Rosemary then hits Purrazzo with a spear before eating a curb stomp from Green. Purrazzo returns to hit Valkyrie with a knee strike while the ref was distracted, Valkyrie leaves the ring and Green nails Jessicka with a suicide dive instead of Valkyrie. Rosemary and Valkyrie nail Green with a Road to Valhalla/Face buster combo for a near fall, Rosemary goes after Green and she eats a boot to the face. Valkyrie tries interfering and Green takes her out, Jessicka interferes again, and Rosemary accidentally hits Valkyrie with the mist. Purrazzo hits the ring, and she works with Green to hit Rosemary with a double suplex for a three count to win the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships.

MATCH #1: IMPACT X-Division Championship Match:
“Speedball” Mike Bailey © vs. Jack Evans
The match begins with Evans rolling up Bailey a few times during a handshake to get a few near falls, Evans takes a breather on the arena floor before returning to the ring. Evans goes to the corner to avoid Bailey before landing some strikes of his own, Bailey recovers, and he goes to work on the arm of Evans. Evans gets free and he nails Bailey with a head scissors takedown before exchanging multiple pin attempts, Evans and Bailey both miss standing moonsault attempts. Bailey and Evans take each other out again after simultaneous cross body attempts; Bailey and Evans have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Bailey ends that exchange by drop kicking Evans out of the ring; Bailey follows up by nailing Evans with a suicide dive. Evans gets back in the ring, and he quickly exits before eating another suicide dive, Evans leaves the ring again and Bailey fakes another suicide dive. Evans hits Bailey with a head kick from the ring apron, Evans follows up by cracking Bailey with a springboard corkscrew head kick for a near fall. Evans trips up Bailey before catching him in the Muta Lock, Evans releases the hold to stomp away on Bailey.

Evans follows up by dropping Bailey with a suplex for a near fall, Evans briefly corners Bailey while landing a few strikes. Bailey tries fighting back and Evans nails him in midair with a head kick, Evans goes for a slingshot and Bailey lands on his feet before taking Evans out. Bailey gets up and he nails Evans with a multitude of kicks followed by a standing shooting star press for a near fall, Evans blocks a kick from Bailey before eating a chop. Evans fights back to hit Bailey with a cartwheel elbow strike followed by a falcon arrow for a near fall, Bailey gets up while eating some kicks from Evans. Bailey and Evans drop each other after landing simultaneous head kicks, Bailey gets up and he manages to drop kick Evans out of the ring. Bailey then hits Evans with a top rope moonsault dive, Evans returns, and he nails Bailey with a springboard head kick. Evans gets Bailey back in the ring before going to the top rope, Evans hits Bailey with a blockbuster for a near fall. Evans goes back to the top rope and Bailey crotches him; Bailey climbs the ropes and Evans drops him with some strikes. Bailey returns to the ropes and Evans traps him upside down in the corner while landing a ton of kicks, Bailey gets free, and he climbs the ropes before Evans nails him with a release German suplex.

Bailey recovers and he drops Evans during a midair exchange, Bailey then hits Evans with the Ultimate Weapon for a three count.

BACKSTAGE: Eddie Edwards is with Honor No More and Edwards says everything they have worked towards have led them to this moment, Edwards says Honor No More refuses to die. Edwards says they must disband tonight if they lose tonight, Edwards credits PCO for injuring Doc Gallows. Edwards says PCO must finish the job tonight, Edwards tells Kenny King that he is still a part of the war against Bullet Club, even though he isn’t competing tonight. King says he will set a trap tonight to catch Heath, Maria Kanellis says the Bullet Club has been chasing them for almost ten years now and tonight is the final battle.

A video package airs highlighting the rivalry between Sami Callihan and Steve Maclin.

MATCH #2: One-On-One Match:
Steve Maclin vs. Sami Callihan
The match between Sami Callihan and Steve Maclin never begins because a brawl between both competitors starts on the entrance ramp as Maclin jumps Callihan during his entrance, Maclin quickly drops Callihan back first on the ring frame. Callihan recovers and he drops Maclin on the entrance ramp, Callihan gets Maclin in the ring before throwing a chair into it as well. Callihan shoves the ref and that allows Maclin to get the chair, Maclin takes out the ref so he and Callihan can continue brawling. Callihan follows Maclin out of the ring before sending him into the ring post and through the barricade, Callihan grabs Maclin, and he sends him into another barricade in the crowd. Callihan and Maclin head backstage while the brawl continues, the commentators say the show must go on and nobody knows what happened yet between both men.

A video package airs highlighting the rivalry between Violent by Design, Kushida and Chris Sabin.

MATCH #3: Tag Team Match:
Eric Young and Deaner vs. Chris Sabin and KUSHIDA
The match begins with Young arguing with the crowd as they chant for his opponents, Young gets back in the ring, and he backs KUSHIDA into the corner before landing some strikes. Deaner tags in and he lands strikes on a cornered KUSHIDA, KUSHIDA fights back, and he briefly gets Deaner in a headlock before landing a shoulder tackle. KUSHIDA goes after the arm of Deaner before tagging Sabin into the match, Sabin works over Deaner’s arm before tagging KUSHIDA in. KUSHIDA attacks the arm of Deaner before tagging Sabin back in, Sabin and KUSHIDA double team Deaner for a near fall. Sabin drops Deaner before smashing his injured arm into the mat below, Deaner fights back before KUSHIDA makes a blind tag to kick his injured arm. KUSHIDA holds Deaner down while working over his arm again, Young interferes, and he kicks at KUSHIDA while the ref was distracted. Young tags in and he stomps away on a downed KUSHIDA, Young goes to the top rope and KUSHIDA meets him up there. KUSHIDA looks for a Hoverboard Lock while on the ropes and Young bites him before going for a hangman’s choke, Young releases KUSHIDA and he double teams him with Deaner.

Deaner tags in and he traps KUSHIDA in the corner before landing a drop kick, Young tags in and he nails Kushida with a neck breaker for a near fall. Young gets KUSHIDA in the ropes before tagging Deaner back in so they can double team KUSHIDA for a near fall, Deaner holds Kushida down while tearing away at his face. Young tags back in and he lands an elbow drop on a downed KUSHIDA for a near fall, Young corners KUSHIDA before landing strikes and tagging Deaner back in. Deaner works over KUSHIDA before tagging Young back in, Young attacks a cornered KUSHIDA before tagging Deaner back in. Young interferes and he prevents KUSHIDA from tagging Sabin into the match, Young tags in and he traps Kushida in the corner before Deaner tags back in. KUSHIDA fights back and he drops both opponents before tagging Sabin in, Sabin quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team. Sabin hits Deaner with a standing face wash followed by a head kick for a near fall, Sabin sets up for Cradle Shock and Young breaks it up before dumping him out of the ring. Deaner sets up for a dive and KUSHIDA returns to take both opponents out, Sabin then hits Young with a suicide dive.

Deaner gets trapped in the ring and double teamed by the opposition, Sabin then hits Deaner with Cradle Shock for a near fall. Young returns to send KUSHIDA out of the ring and then dropping Sabin, Young tags in and he looks for a piledriver. Sabin counters with a roll up for a near fall, Deaner returns and he double teams Sabin alongside Young. Deaner hits Sabin with a diving headbutt before Young lands a top rope elbow drop for a near fall, KUSHIDA returns, and he gets dropped by Young. KUSHIDA recovers and he nails both foes with a handspring elbow strike, a four-way striking exchange breaks out in the middle of the ring. KUSHIDA and Sabin eventually drop both opponents with super kicks, Sabin and KUSHIDA then double team Deaner before double teaming Young. Deaner distracts the ref so Doering can take out KUSHIDA, Young then hits Sabin with a Piledriver for a three count.

Winners: Eric Young and Deaner

BACKSTAGE: Gia Miller is with the NEW Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, VXT, as they celebrate their victory earlier tonight on Countdown to Emergence.

Kenny King is in the ring to settle the score with Heath once and for all. King is distracted when Sami Callihan and Maclin brawl through the crowd, allowing Heath to deliver another Wake Up Call to King! Gia Miller catches up with the “Red Headed Rebel” and says that if Honor No More survives their No Disqualification match with Bullet Club tonight, he’ll be waiting for them on the other side.

MATCH #4: AAA Special Attraction Match:
Bandido vs. Rey Horus

The match begins with Bandido getting Horus in a headlock, Horus gets free, and he exchanges shoulder tackles with Bandido. Bandido and Horus have a few exchanges until Bandido lands a knee strike followed by a head scissors takedown, Horus recovers to hit Bandido with an upwards head kick. Horus follows up by nailing Bandido with a hurricanrana, Bandido gets up and he cracks Horus with a super kick. Bandido follows up by nailing Horus with a head kick followed by a twisting springboard cross body, Bandido knocks Horus out of the ring before landing a suicide dive. Bandido gets Horus back in the ring before going to the top rope, Bandido leaps off the ropes and Horus catches him in midair with a drop kick for a near fall. Horus looks for a brain buster and Bandido counters with a trio of suplexes, Bandido then hits Horus with a handstand swanton bomb for a near fall. Horus recovers and he sends a charging Bandido to the arena floor, Horus eventually nails a moving Bandido with a suicide dive. Horus gets Bandido back in the ring before landing a top rope 180 splash for a near fall, Bandido gets up and he exchanges strikes with Horus.

Bandido ends the exchange by hitting Horus with a one-armed press slam followed by a sliding leg lariat for a near fall, Horus and Bandido get into another striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Bandido goes to the middle ropes and Horus meets him up there to land a super tornado DDT for a near fall, Bandido gets up and he propels Horus to the top turnbuckle before kicking him in the head. Bandido climbs the ropes, and he trades more strikes with Horus, Bandido knocks Horus to the ring apron before suplexing him back into the ring for a near fall. Bandido keeps Horus grounded while working over both of his arms, Bandido then catches Horus in a roll up for a two count. Bandido and Horus exchange pop up cutters before both go down after simultaneously landing head kicks, Bandido and Horus get up to exchange some more strikes. Bandido then hits Horus with a super kick and roll up for a near fall, Bandido follows up with a knee strike and top rope frog splash on Horus for another near fall. Horus gets up and he nails Bandido with a pop-up tornado DDT for a near fall, Horus goes back to the top rope and Bandido makes him leap off.

Bandido catches a charging Horus to land an inverted Go to Sleep, Bandido follows up by hitting Horus with a 21 Plex for a three count.

Winner: Bandido

BACKSTAGE: Gia Miller is with Moose; Moose says he was enjoying his night off before being asked about his potential alliance with Steve Maclin. Moose says there is no alliance with Maclin, Moose says he doesn’t need Maclin’s help to beat up Sami Callihan. Callihan attacks Moose before Maclin returns to continue the brawl, Moose goes after Callihan while also attacking Maclin. The brawl returns to the entrance ramp before Callihan is sent down the ramp by Maclin and Moose, D-Lo Brown comes out and he sends security out to break everything up. Scott D’Amore comes out and he apologizes for not making Maclin versus Callihan a No DQ Match, D’Amore sends Moose backstage before making Callihan versus Maclin right now.

MATCH #5: No Disqualification Match:
Steve Maclin vs. Sami Callihan
The match begins with Callihan nailing Maclin in the head with a chair, Callihan follows up by sending Maclin into the ring steps. Callihan then rams Maclin’s head into the ring steps a few times, Callihan sends Maclin into the ring frame while trying to get him back in the ring. Callihan leaves the ring, and he nails Maclin with more strikes, Maclin fights back and he sends a charging Callihan into the barricade. Maclin hangs Callihan upside down between the barricades before landing a spear; Maclin picks Callihan up before landing a suplex on the arena floor. Maclin then lands a diving elbow drop from the ring apron onto Callihan, Maclin finds a chair and he nails Callihan with it. Maclin gets Callihan back in the ring before throwing a bunch of chairs in there as well, Maclin grabs a steel chair, and he nails Callihan in the back with it. Maclin sits Callihan on a chair while landing some strikes, Callihan catches a charging Maclin, and he nails him with an exploder suplex onto the steel chair.

Maclin gets to his knees and Callihan throws a steel chair at his head, Maclin gets up and Callihan drops him after throwing another chair at him. Callihan sets up for a Piledriver and Maclin nails him with a low blow, Maclin finds a steel chair and he nails Callihan with it multiple times. Maclin leaves the ring, and he throws an equipment case into it, Maclin gets some zip ties before trading strikes with Callihan. Maclin ends the exchange by dropping Callihan with the KIA, Maclin looks to zip tie Callihan’s arms behind his back before applying a sleeper hold to him. Callihan gets free after nailing Maclin with a low blow and a chair shot to the head, Callihan keeps Maclin down while stomping away on his balls. Callihan grabs the zip ties, and he ties the arms of Maclin behind his back, Callihan gets Maclin to his knees and Maclin spits at him. Callihan then hits Maclin with a Cactus Driver 97 for the three count and the win.

MATCH #6: No Disqualification Anything Goes Ten-Man Tag Team Match:
(IF Honor No More wins, they get a future World Tag Team Championship Match but IF they lose, they must disband)
Eddie Edwards, Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, PCO and Vincent vs. Ace Austin, Doc Gallows, Karl Anderson, Chris Bey and Hikuleo
The match begins with an all-out brawl that quickly spills all over the place, Taven quickly sends a charging Hikuleo out of the ring. The brawl between both teams’ spills all over the arena a short time later, Anderson and Gallows double team Vincent in the ring. Taven returns to the ring to help Vincent against Anderson and Gallows; Gallows then drops Bennett and Taven with a double clothesline. Vincent and Edwards double team a Bullet Club member until they are jumped by Bey and Austin, Austin and Bey double team Edwards before Vincent returns to the battle only to be taken out. Bey then goes for a suicide dive and PCO catches him before landing a choke slam on the ring frame, PCO hits the ring, and he eventually nails Austin with a choke slam. Hikuleo hits the ring and he has a striking exchange with PCO while everybody else battles on the arena floor, Hikuleo corners PCO before landing an avalanche. PCO fights back and Hikuleo sends him out of the ring, Bey returns, and he takes out a bunch of people with a suicide dive.

Hikuleo sets up for a dive and Taven nails him with a few strikes, Hikuleo grabs Taven, and he launches him out of the ring. Austin nails Edwards and Vincent with kicks from the ring apron, Austin then takes out a bunch of people with his own suicide dive. Gallows and Anderson find a bunch of weapons to throw into the ring, Anderson hits Bennett with a street sign to the head. Gallows and Anderson attack all of their opponents with weapon shots when they enter the ring, Bey finds a steel chair and he nails Bennett with it. Gallows then gets a near fall on Edwards as they do battle in the ring, Austin gets Taven back in the ring while everybody else battles on the arena floor. Austin grabs a trashcan lid, and he hits Taven in the head with it for a near fall, Austin leaves the ring and Edwards sends him balls first into the ring post. Taven and Bennett then double team Hikuleo in the ring, Bey hits the ring, and he gets double teamed as well. Taven nails Bey with a missile drop kick so Vincent can get a near fall on him, PCO goes for a moonsault on Bey and Bey gets out of the way, so PCO crash lands on a garbage can. Taven and Bennett nail Gallows with a double super kick on the arena floor, Taven and Bennett then hit Hikuleo with a double low blow.

Taven and Bennett drag Gallows into the crowd, Gallows takes a beating from multiple opponents before fighting back against them. Gallows finds PCO and he drags him up the bleachers, Gallows sends PCO into a chair before choke slamming him through a table that was on the arena floor. Members from both teams continue their battles all over the ringside area, Taven finds Gallows and he sends him face first into the announce table before landing a low blow. Taven places Gallows on top of a table before Vincent puts him through it with a swanton bomb, Anderson gets trapped in the ring when Edwards attacks him with a kendo stick. Gallows returns and he gets Edwards out of the ring, Gallows hits the ring to take out Bennett and Taven. Anderson and Gallows can’t hit the Magic Killer because Gallows’ injured shoulder gives out, Taven and Bennett hit Gallows with a Climax onto a garbage can for a three count.

Winners: Eddie Edwards, Mike Bennett, Matt Taven, PCO and Vincent

After the match: Maria Kanellis hits the ring to celebrate with members of Honor No More.

MATCH #7: IMPACT Knockouts World Championship Match:

The match begins with Yim taking Grace down with a headlock, Grace gets free, and she quickly gets Yim down with a headlock of her own. Grace and Yim have a lockup that takes them all around the ring before they break up, Grace then drops Yim with a shoulder tackle. Grace then nails a leaping Yim with an atomic drop followed by a drop kick to her knee; Grace follows up with a German suplex on Yim for a near fall. Grace cracks Yim with a few strikes before getting tripped up. Yim fights back and she knocks Grace out of the ring after landing a few drop kicks, Yim follows up by nailing Grace with a suicide dive. Yim gets Grace back in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt, Yim keeps Grace down while landing a multitude of strikes. Grace tries getting back up while Yim attacks her with a bunch of kicks for a near fall, Yim gets Grace up while looking for a suplex and she winds up catching Grace in a guillotine choke. Grace gets back up and she gets free after nailing Yim with a suplex, Grace goes to the middle rope and Yim follows her up there after landing some strikes. Yim looks for a superplex and Grace gets free to land a running sit out power bomb, Grace and Yim then have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring.

Yim ends the exchange by dropping her with a pair of kicks for a near fall, Grace gets up and Yim nails her with a series of head kicks. Grace recovers and she nails Yim with a spine buster for a near fall, Grace looks for the Grace Driver and Yim blocks it before eating a few clotheslines. Grace keeps Yim down while applying a Muta Lock to her, Yim gets herself free before her and Grace look for simultaneous submissions on each other. Grace and Yim have a striking exchange before they finally separate, Grace gets up and she gets Yim to the ring apron. Yim quickly returns by nailing Grace with a springboard tornado DDT for a near fall, Yim goes for another tornado DDT and Grace traps her in the ropes before landing a muscle buster for a near fall. Grace goes for the Grace Driver again and Yim escapes before landing an enziguri, Yim climbs the ropes and Grace follows her up there. Yim gets Grace down after landing a super Code Blue for a near fall, Yim goes for Eat Defeat and Grace counters before the two exchange a ton of roll ups. Yim then nails Grace with multiple head kicks, Yim looks for the Package Piledriver and Grace escapes to land the Grace Driver for a three count.

Winner: Jordynne Grace

After the match: Masha Slamovich hits the ring, and she goes face to face with Jordynne Grace before forcefully giving her an envelope with a picture of Grace with an “X” on it.

A video package airs highlighting the rivalry between Josh Alexander and Alex Shelley.

MAIN EVENT: IMPACT World Championship Match:
“Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander © vs. Alex Shelley
The match begins with Alexander backing Shelley into the ropes before the ref breaks them, Shelley attacks the arm of Alexander and Alexander gets him down with a headlock. Shelley quickly escapes and both wrestlers make it back to their feet, Shelley again goes after the arm of Alexander and Alexander gets free to work over his arm. Shelley gets free and he again works over the arm of Alexander before getting him in a headlock, Alexander backs Shelley into the ropes to get free. Shelley quickly drops Alexander with a hurricanrana before landing a drop kick to his knee; Shelley quickly lands a kick to the injured knee of a downed Alexander. Shelley keeps Alexander down while landing a knee drop on his injured knee, Shelley then wrenches away on the injured leg of Alexander. Shelley traps the legs of Alexander while pulling back on his head, Alexander fights back and he attacks the arm of Shelley. Shelley eventually gets to the ropes and he quickly traps Alexander in the ropes before attacking his arm, Alexander creates space before nailing Shelley with a boot to the face.

Alexander follows up by nailing Shelley with a suplex for a near fall, Shelley gets up and Alexander nails him with a back breaker for a near fall. Alexander keeps Shelley grounded while wrenching away on his leg, Shelley eventually gets to the ropes to get free from Alexander. Alexander then gets Shelly in a Gory Bomb position before pulling on both of his arms; Alexander then catches Shelley in a roll up for a near fall. Shelley fights back and he lands a middle rope knee strike to the injured arm of Alexander, Alexander tries fighting back and Shelley gets him down before applying the Motor City Stretch. Alexander uses his power to break the hold by nailing Shelley with a back breaker, Shelley recovers, and he knocks Alexander out of the ring before attacking his injured arm. Shelley then hits Alexander with a super kick from the ring apron, Shelley gets Alexander back in the ring before eating a knee strike. Shelley falls on the ring apron and Alexander uses a running cross body block to knock him to the arena floor, Alexander gets Shelley back in the ring and Shelley quickly nails him with an arm trap dragon screw leg whip.

Shelley keeps Alexander down before trapping his legs in a figure four like position, Shelley transitions into a modified octopus stretch on Alexander. Shelley releases the hold before attacking Alexander with a forearm strike, Alexander blocks a hurricanrana from Shelley and Shelley quickly drops him. Shelley looks for a suplex and Alexander blocks it before landing a fisherman buster suplex, Alexander and Shelley have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring. Alexander eventually drops Shelley to end the exchange; Alexander goes after the leg of Shelley before landing a T-bone suplex. Alexander then hits Shelley with a Finlay Roll before going to the middle rope, Alexander misses a double stomp and Shelley kicks him in the injured arm before propelling him into the middle turnbuckle. Shelley follows up by nailing Alexander with a tornado DDT, Shelley goes to the top rope, and he lands a frog splash for a near fall. Alexander immediately gets Shelley in an ankle lock and Shelley eventually gets to the ropes, Alexander gets up and he grabs the injured leg of Shelley before eating an enziguri. Shelley hits Alexander with a super kick followed by sliced bread; Alexander quickly gets Shelley in a roll up for a near fall.

Alexander goes for a power bomb and Shelley counters with a face buster followed by a super kick, Shelley then hits Alexander with an air raid crash for a near fall. Alexander leaves the ring and Shelley goes after him a short time later, Alexander recovers, and he rams Shelley into the ring steps. Shelley fights back and he hits Alexander with sliced bread on the arena floor, Shelley gets Alexander back in the ring to get a near fall on a pin attempt. Shelley quickly locks Alexander in the Motor City Stretch and Alexander manages to get to the ropes, Alexander fights back and Shelley nails him with more strikes. Alexander drops Shelley with a chop and Shelley immediately attacks his injured arm with multiple kicks, Shelley goes for Shell Shock and Alexander counters with a series of German suplexes. Shelley counters a German suplex and Alexander sends him in the corner, Alexander then drops Shelley face first from his shoulders before landing a rip cord forearm strike for a near fall.

Alexander and Shelley go through a series of exchanges before Alexander gets Shelley back in the ankle lock, Alexander transitions into a Sharpshooter and Shelley gets free to get Alexander in a Motor City Stretch. Alexander quickly gets free, and he nails Shelley with a clothesline for a near fall, Alexander quickly gets Shelley in the ankle lock and Shelley gets free. Shelley trips up a kicking Alexander and he goes for the Motor City Stretch, Alexander goes for his own Motor City Stretch and Shelley counters by landing multiple Shell Shocks for a near fall. Shelley again goes for a Motor City Stretch and Alexander gets free before landing a Tombstone Piledriver for a near fall, Alexander sets up for a C4 and Shelley blocks it before eating a Shell Shock from Alexander. Alexander then hits Shelley with a C4 for a three count to retain the Championship.

After the match: Alexander celebrates with the IMPACT World Championship in the middle of the ring as the PPV goes off the air.
